We  are  researching the psychographic group : strugglers. 

Introduce your example couple that represents your group:
 the couple we created are a working class couple 

1) Make up their names:  James and Emily 

2) Where do they work/study? James is the provider of this family and Emily is a full time housewife who takes care of her four children.James works full time at the tills at Tesco as he doesn't have any actual qualifications to get him a better job.He works a blue collar job in order to provide enough money for his family to live 

 3) What do they do in their spare time?
james hardly has any spare time but emily does ,though she is unable to do much 

Print: What newspapers/magazines does your group read (if any)? Is this on paper or tablet? 

 During James' breaks and at lunch, he reads either 'LadsMagz' or 'The Sun' newspaper and at the weekends, he watches football matches at a pub or on FreeView TV. When Emily has some spare time, she goes on Instagram and Facebook or she reads through the 'Heat' or 'Now' magazines.
Broadcast: What TV programmes/channels do your group watch? Radio stations? TV package – Freeview or Sky? Films?

 They watch FreeView TV and listen to Capital FM. They usually watch Eastenders or Football matches.

Online: What technology do they own? What websites do they visit (if any)? What social media do they use?
They use Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram and they own a laptop and 2 mobile phones. They use PutLocker and 123Movies to watch films that they can't go to the cinema and watch. They have to do online shopping as they don't have time to go out, so they order from Aldi, Lidl and Primark.

 What psychographic group do I fit in?
Mainstreamer,Succeeder,Explorer are the psychographic groups  i would put myself in becuase as a young person i am always intrigued into trying new things however i enjoy conventional things aswell and i do enjoy being on trend.As a young person, i have many goals i would like to choose which makes sense for me to also identify as a succeeder

Textual analysis Re-watch some of the expansion pack trailers and answer the following questions: 1) How do the expansion pack (DLC) trailers reinforce or challenge dominant ideologies? In terms of Gender the trailers both reinforce and challenge ideologies through how the females and males are portrayed. The Future of journalism

1) Why does Clay Shirky argue that 'accountability journalism' is so important and what example does he give of this? Accountability journalism is important as Shirky argues it's the journalism that can call out the illegal journalism that occurs.He uses the story of Father George Geoghan as an example here. 2) What does Shirky say about the relationship between newspapers and advertisers? Which websites does he mention as having replaced major revenue-generators for newspapers (e.g. jobs, personal ads etc.)? He suggests that some newspapers used advertising but also have accountability journalism. However it does co,e at a price as some advertisers are forced to over pay. 3) Shirky talks about the 'unbundling of content'. This means people are reading newspapers in a different way. How does he suggest audiences are consuming news stories in the digital age? Shirks suggests that the rise of social media has Miao ted readers and how they read news stories.
